Peach & Goat Cheese Crostini

Our club raves about a great hors d’oeuvre, and this is the one! Salty and sweet with a bit of crunch. It cannot be beat!

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette French bread

  • 1 jar of Peach Bourbon Brad B Jammin jam

  • 8 oz goat cheese (crumbled)

  • olive oil

  • kosher salt (to taste)

  • (optional) garnish of chives, cilantro, parsley, or dill

Instructions

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F

slice baguette on a slight diagonal into crostini slices (1/4 inch wide)

spray or lightly brush slices with olive oil and dash with kosher salt

spread crostini slices on a perforated baking sheet or put directly on wire oven racks

bake in oven until lightly brown

remove from oven and spoon a dollop of goat cheese crumbles while the crostinis are hot

add a spoonful of jam onto the goat cheese

lightly garnish if desired
